WeBINAR INFORMATION
To maintain BRCGS certification, certified companies should take a more comprehensive and robust approach to their corrective/preventive actions after the audit ant throughout the certification period.
Let’s align and improve the understanding of the requirements and deepen the knowledge about the possible approaches and methods for root cause analysis and definition of corrective actions.
During the webinar we will give practical examples what works and what doesn’t and in addition, to brainstorm together what might be the more efficient approaches when discussions and disputes arise. We will also make an overview of the most important recent changes made by BRCGS which are affecting the collaboration between a certified site and a CB, in different aspect of the process of auditing and reporting, as well as related areas e.g. food safety incidents.
